 What Are Support Group Circles?

Souloxy’s support groups offer a space to share, reflect, and grow with others who truly understand. Each circle is guided by a therapist, blending gentle support with real strategies you can use in everyday life.

Is Support Group Right for Me?
  • Am I going through a life transition or emotional challenge that feels overwhelming or isolating?
(e.g., grief, separation, burnout, identity loss, anxiety, major life change)

  • Do I often feel like others around me don’t fully understand what I’m going through?

  • Would I benefit from connecting with others who share similar experiences or emotions?

  • Do I sometimes struggle to process or express my feelings in a healthy, supportive environment?

  • Am I looking for a space where I can feel safe, heard, and not judged?

  • Would I be open to learning new tools for emotional wellness, self-awareness, and resilience?

  • Do I want to feel less alone and more supported as I navigate this part of my life?

If most of the answers are Yes, then you should try Support Group

FAQs About Support Groups

1. What is a support group?

A support group is a safe, structured space where people facing similar life challenges come together to share experiences, receive emotional support, and gain practical tools for healing and personal growth. Our groups are guided by trained facilitators to ensure a respectful and supportive environment.

2. Who can join a support group?

Anyone seeking support, healing, or connection around a specific life challenge is welcome. Each group will have a theme or focus (such as grief, relationship changes, burnout, etc.), so you can join the one that aligns with your needs. You don’t need any prior experience—just a willingness to show up and participate with openness.

3. Are support groups like therapy?

While support groups can be deeply therapeutic, they are not the same as individual therapy. They focus on peer connection, shared experiences, and guided group conversation. Many people find them to be a helpful complement to personal therapy.

4. How are the groups structured?

Each group is made up of a small number of participants and meets regularly (weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the group). Sessions may include open sharing, themed discussions, reflective exercises, mindfulness practices, and take-home tools for continued growth.

5. Are the groups confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is a core part of every group. What is shared in the group stays in the group. All participants agree to uphold a shared standard of privacy and respect.

6. Are the support groups in-person or online?

At present, we offer the support group session online.

7. How do I know which group is right for me?

We’ll provide detailed descriptions of each upcoming group—including its theme, who it’s for, and what to expect. If you’re unsure, our team is happy to help guide you toward the best fit.

8. Is there a cost to join?

Some groups may be offered at no cost, while others may include a fee to cover facilitation and materials. All pricing will be clearly listed, and we’re committed to keeping support accessible. Financial assistance may be available for those who need it.

9. What’s coming next?

We’re launching our first group soon and will be introducing more over the coming months. Upcoming topics may include grief, emotional recovery, life transitions, self-worth, parenting, stress management, and more. You can subscribe to our updates or check back on the website to stay informed.

10. How do I sign up or get more information?

Just visit our [Support Groups page/contact form/registration link] to learn more, ask questions, or reserve your spot. Our team is here to help you take the first step.
