About Me

I am an active member of the World Mental Health Association and collaborate with various organizations dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being. I maintain an independent practice as a psychologist, working with a wide range of mental health concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, phobias, and relationship and family issues.

I am trained in several therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavior Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Suicide Risk Management.

Over the years, I have conducted numerous sessions on stress management, coping strategies, and life skills development for students across various age groups. I am also associated with several schools and colleges, providing life skills training through both offline and online platforms.

Currently, I serve as a Guest Professor at a leading NAAC-A accredited university in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, for which I received a scholarship for two consecutive years in recognition of academic excellence.

In addition, I am certified in Career Navigator Profiling, offering comprehensive guidance to both students and working professionals. My professional interests lie in continually learning and evolving therapeutic approaches to better serve my clients and enhance their overall well-being.

How It Works?

We’ve made joining Finding You Again easy, thoughtful, and personal — because your healing deserves care.

Step 1

Fill Out a Short Registration Form

Let us know a bit about you — where you are in your journey and what you’re hoping to gain. This helps us ensure the group is a good fit and provides the right kind of support.

Step 2

We Build Your Group (Min. 6 People)

Once we have 6 participants ready, we begin forming a group. To create a safe and focused environment:

  • We offer separate support groups for men and women

  • Each group is small and intimate (usually 6–10 people)

  • You’ll be notified as soon as your group is ready to start

Step 3

You Join the Journey

Once your group is ready:

  • You’ll receive a welcome email with session details

  • We begin an 8-week journey together, led by an experienced psychologist

  • Sessions are held weekly online

Step 4

Experience Growth, Healing, and Community

In every session:

  • Gain valuable insights to help you understand and navigate your emotions

  • Learn practical tools for healing, growth, and daily well-being

  • Build meaningful connections with others who truly understand your journey

  • Speak freely in a safe, non-judgmental space where your voice is heard

  • Rebuild your confidence and sense of self with compassionate support

Ready to Begin?

The first step is simple — just fill out the form. We'll take it from there
